Surveyed first,
so the price holds.

A quote given over the phone from a bedroom count is a guess, and guesses get corrected on the day with your furniture already on the truck. Twenty minutes of survey prevents that entirely.

How we work

A registered Florida mover

LMN LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L14000019970, filed in 2014, and registered as a household mover with FDACS under [FDACS MOVER REGISTRATION NUMBER] as Chapter 507 requires.

Two things worth knowing before you book anyone. First, the law requires a written estimate and a consumer information summary before you sign — a mover who will not give you either is one to avoid. Second, basic liability is calculated by weight and is far below replacement value; full value protection costs more and we explain the difference rather than letting you assume. We will never hold your goods to force payment of charges that were not disclosed in advance.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

Can you quote over the phone?

Not reliably, and a phone quote is where day-of surprises come from. The survey takes twenty minutes in person or by video and makes the written estimate mean something.

Are my belongings insured?

Not by default in the way most people assume. Basic liability is by weight and is well below replacement value. Full value protection is available at extra cost, and we will explain both before you book.

What if the price changes on the day?

The estimate states whether it is binding or non-binding and what could change it. If you add items we did not survey, that changes things — and we will tell you before loading, not after.

Can a mover refuse to unload until I pay more?

No. Holding goods hostage to compel payment of undisclosed charges is prohibited in Florida, and we do not do it. If anyone threatens that, it is reportable.

Will you move my hazardous items?

No — no fuels, propane, flammables, firearms and ammunition, or perishables. Plants and pets we cannot take either, and we will tell you in advance so you can plan.

Do you do interstate moves?

Interstate moving is federally regulated and requires separate authority. We will refer you to an authorised carrier rather than taking it on.
